Some of us felt Realtors® were overpaid we were a bit conflicted regarding how much we should spend on upgrades for the house we had different thoughts on the best timing for putting the house on the market and so on and so on. Jason came in with a crystal clear vision of how we should approach the project. He spent a lot of time checking and gathering city and county records that proved crucial to our sale. He brought in an awesome team of stagers, painters, inspectors, and craftsmen that did an amazing job of converting our house from a very dated feeling property into a very contemporary, bright, “ready to move in” home. From the landscape design to the new appliances, wood floors, and modern paint colors, the house really felt reborn. At first, we were a bit hesitant (understatement) to go to the extent that Jason was suggesting. As it turned out, when we consider the appraised values of our home before we followed Jason’s lead, compared to what the house actually sold for with Jason, we found we easily quadrupled our investment. Jason was well, well worth his commission. In fact, in hindsight, we all felt he probably deserved more (but don’t tell him that)"
